In a large bowl, sift flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add sugar and whisk until well mixed; set aside. Place butter in a microwave-safe dish and microwave at 50% power for approximately 60 seconds, until creamy. Repeat in 10 second intervals if necessary. Whisk in the oil, eggs and vanilla. Pour into dry ingredients and stir until mixture is smooth. Spoon batter into 3 lightly greased baking molds, preset on baking sheets. (Here, we used Petite Heart-Shape Mold by Wilton, $9.99 at Michael’s.). Bake brownies in a preheated 375°F oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool on wire racks. When completely cooled, turn molds upside down and pop out brownies.
Pour the pink candy melts into a microwave-safe dish and place in microwave at 50% power for 90 seconds; stir. Repeat in 30 second intervals until chocolate is creamy smooth and easily pours from a spoon. Take half of the brownie bites and one at a time, push each one onto the end of a chocolate dipping fork ($4.29 at candylandcrafts.com). Spoon the melted chocolate over brownie until covered. Place on wax paper, using a toothpick to help ease off the fork. With the remaining half of the brownies, repeat using the orange candy melts. Let set. Finish by writing personalized messages using the red cake decorating pen. We chose “Kiss Me” and “Ur Cute.”
