The Noble East, Montclair's newish Asian restaurant, boasts a 4.8 star rating from Google Reviews. I have ordered take-out from the restaurant several times, including Peking Duck, Ants on a Tree, Dan Dan noodles, and Pork Dumplings.

The Duck was excellent! The skin was crispy, and the meat moist and full of flavor. All in all I would give it a 5 out of 5. The Ants on a Tree are brown skinny noodles so tasty, with bits of pork and spicy sauce, that I would recommend that meal to anyone! The Dan Dan Noodles are one of my favorite meals, containing preserved vegetables, chili oil, Sichuan pepper, minced pork, and scallions served over noodles. The Last thing we had was Pork dumplings. As always pork dumplings are great, but these were perfect! They had the perfect, spicy and peanuty (is that a word??) sauce to go with it. A classic! The dumpling part had a thick consistency - which personally is my preference - and the meat was cooked to perfection.

I believe that The Nobel East is a fabulous addition of asian cuisine that Montclair has been needing. The food is to-the-roof amazing and I would recommend that reasturant to anyone.

The only thing that I would encourage them to do is to get a better location. I know that they probably got the amount of space they need to make "their margins" (as my mom says), and, it's good that there's plenty of parking.

If you were wondering about if you should go, I would say definitely!
