Porkophiles and lovers of Spanish food, imagine this: a warehouse filled with Iberico and Serrano hams, Mahon, and aged Manchego by the wheel, boquerones, and tuna in olive oil, smoked paprika, and almost every conceivable type of chorizo known to our pork loving palates. Imagine, this divine space opens it's doors and allows us to graze like hogs on the products of Spain, while filling our arms with purchases to triumphantly display at our foodie parties. We needn't only imagine, because, yes Virginia, this place is real. And it's in Belleville, New Jersey, a place called Ole Ole Foods.
Founded by the Adillon family in 1999, Ole Ole Foods is a local and leading distributor of fine foods imported from Spain. The business sells in bulk a large array of goods ranging from cheese, olives, vegetables, spices, and seafood and rice. Spanish ham and chorizo are specialities. On the second Saturday of every month (except during the holidays when they open more frequently), the warehouse hosts sales during which the public may purchase goods below retail value.
The pictures will speak for themselves. I really don't need to say much more other than they accept cash and charge.
