Valastro is a native of Little Ferry in Bergen County, so the Ridgewood outpost doesn't come as much surprise. But, will the the "RidgeClair" phenomena, that brought Brick Lane and Raymonds to Ridgewood, and Cupcakes by Carousel to Montclair, take effect? I've got to wonder: Will Carlo's Bake Shop appear in Montclair next? (It is Italian - but hey, at least it would be more Fro-Yo. ;)
