Hunger Construction, the mobile purveyor of stuffed baked potatoes (and one of Hot From The Kettle's favorite food trucks), will be opening their first brick and mortar establishment in January.

The Hunger Construction storefront will be at the corner of Bay St. and Glenridge Avenue in Montclair, in the former site of Ma Dear's. According to owner, Aaron Rosenzweig, 600 sq-ft space will be take out only with additional potato options, loaded fries, and more.

In early November, Hunger Construction suffered the tragic loss of H.C. team member, Shegan Rubin. The convival, Rubin, 32, was well-liked and known for his enthusiasm and lively spirit.
