Since 2006, Michael and Ariane Duarte have been operating CulinAriane as a husband and wife team. Although they appear to exist in different hemispheres - Ariane in the kitchen and Michael in the front of the house, the operation of CulinAriane is a shared passion.

After a total of 7,958 votes, Michael and Ariane Duarte's CulinAriane, located at 33 Walnut St., has been voted Montclair's Sexiest Restaurant garnering 4,141 votes!
Ilson Goncalves' Samba Montclair, located at 7 Park St., led the charge for most of the poll but fell short,coming in at a respectable second place with 3,646 votes.
So what does this mean to the restaurant patrons of Montclair? I'll improvise on one of my husband's favorite sayings: "Double your pleasure, double your fun. Dine at two sexy restaurants instead of just one." You know that's right!
