Whether it's an intimate affair, a seated gala, a strolling cocktail party, an educational seminar, or competitive cook-off, Hot From The Kettle Events professionally guides and thoughtfully collaborates with each client.  Our extensive professional contacts throughout New York and New Jersey enable us to find the resources to create a flawless event.

Hot From The Kettle Events is also available to consult for venues and offers multi-day event packages and staff training.

Standard event management includes full food, beverage and logistics management, including:

  • General consultation
  • Customized proposal of budget, planning, management and/or coordination services
  • Venue consultation and scouting

  • Custom menus

  • Celebrity chef and mixologist procurement 

  • Vendor planning, resourcing and management
  • Make initial contact with, and secure participation of restaurants and caterers.
  • Regulate menu/tasting presentations to develop a cohesive, creative, current, and non-repetitive array of culinary selections.
  • Monitor food presentation methods to comply with venue regulations, standards and preferences.
  • On-site management and direction, a minimum of two hours prior to event, during event, and one hour following event
  • Create site specific floor plan to optimize the natural flow of foot traffic, and insure ease of access for attendees to bars and food stations, and, where applicable, vendor access to back-prep areas. 
  • Create detailed procurement list and secure all rental needs in accordance with rental budget
  •  Secure and interface with floor staff

Decor management includes conceptualizing and procuring the following:

  • Floral

COLLATERAL PRINT MATERIAL

+1,500 plus costs
Hot From The Kettle Events offers customized decor pieces from signs pointing your guests in the right direction to napkin wraps made of the most lovely ribbon.  Decor includes but is not limited to:

  • Event signage
  • Promotional materials
  • Print material
  • Welcome bags
  • Favors
  • Escort and place card displays
