I'm thrilled to have Sebastian Cathiard and Peter Wasserman join me for a 6-Course Menu featuring some incredible Burgundy wines. Last year, I was lucky enough to meet the Cathiard family and when Sebastian offered to come to New Jersey and share his wines...I jumped at the chance. Cathiard wines are so rare and expensive, I only order it by the bottle (not the case). Then came along Peter Wasserman (one of the world's most respected Burgundy importers), who offered to attend and bring along some "treats" for us to try.
